PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a balloon including a magnetic resonance reception circuit into a desired size without damaging it when inserting an endoscope treatment tool channel. SOLUTION: The antenna device 1 for NMR measurement is constituted by providing a slender and soft fluid conduit 2 for supplying air and a rectangular balloon 4 including a coil 3 for NMR measurement and covering the tip end of fluid conduit 2, and the coil 3 for NMR measurement is formed around the end face of balloon 4. On the top end side face of fluid conduit 2 covered with the balloon 4, a slit 5 is formed for supplying air to be supplied to the fluid conduit 2 into the balloon 4. On the base of balloon 4, a non-magnetic base sheet 7 composed of shape memory resin storing a winding form at the intra-celom temperature, for example, is provided by adhesion, etc.
