<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the security function and forgery-proofing function by a method wherein the printing of a variable data recording layer such as an accurate bar code pattern or the like with a laser printer onto a scratch card made of comparatively thicker sheet material is made possible and, at the same time, the sure concealment of the unevenness of the printing of a printed data recording layer is realized. SOLUTION: Onto both sides of a paper sheet, on one side of which a data recording layer is formed, plastic film layers 2 and 3 are laminated. On at least the surface of the plastic film layer on the side, on which the data recording layer is formed, a concealable scratch ink layer 5, which conceals some part or the whole of the data recording layer 4, is applied.</p> |
