PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash hands and exterminatate germs of the hands without the skin dried or roughed by providing a softened water generating device and a hypochlorous acid generating device, pausing the softened water generated in the softened water generating device through the hypochlorous acid generating device to add hypochlorous acid, and discharging hypochlorous acid contained softened water. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 1, a softened water generating device 2, and a hypochlorous acid generating device 3 are connected in order to each other to form a hand washing device, and the solenoid valve 1 is connected to a city water piping. A hydrogen substitution type cation exchange resin is provided in the softened water generating device 2, and the hypochlorous acid generating device 3 is provided with an electrolysis vessel, a brine tank and so on. When a user holds out his hands toward the front of a faucet and the hands are detected by an optical sensor, a control device 5 opens the solenoid valve 1, and acidic softened water obtained by the softened water generating device 2 is passed through the hypochlorous acid generating device 3 to add brine thereto, and electrolyzed to generate hypochlorous acid contained softened water and alkaline softened water. These softened water are mixed and neturalized to be discharged from a faucet and be used for washing hands and removing the germs of the hands. |
