<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate no forwarding for lotting by providing a carry-in lane selecting means allocating a production plan at the timing when multiple kinds of jigs enter a jig storage and selecting the lane to be fed with the jigs based on the items suitable for lotting of production as a key. SOLUTION: A trace information file 26 has the function to trace the inventory state of the jigs in a jig storage based on the processed result at a work station 22 and to control and store the information as a trace information control means. The work station 22 selects the lane to be fed with jigs and the lane to be extracted with jigs while referring to a production plan file 24 and the trace information file 26 in response to the request from a PLC 20. The PLC 20 controls a carry-in selector switch 12 and a carry-out selector switch 14 based on the selected results.</p> |
