PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor required for totalizing mandays largely, and to obtain sufficient accuracy. SOLUTION: A card reader 2 as a card reading means is installed at the duty place of each individual. When each individual inserts each ID card into the inserting port of the card reader 2 at the time of attendance and leaving, the card reader 2 reads information registered to the card reader 2 while a time when the ID card 1 is inserted into the card reader 2, the date and time of attendance and leaving, are recorded. Information read by the card reader 2 and the time of attendance and leaving recorded are transmitted to an electronic computer 4 through a transmission cable 3. The electronic computer 4 is mounted in the management department of a prime contract company managing the whole construction works. A printer 5 is connected to the electronic computer 4, and a hard copy can be taken regarding a desired item. |
