SOLUTION: With respect to the grinding device for the online roll, which consists of screw shafts 7 parallel to a roll shaft, plural grinding wheels 1, 2 which are pushed on the peripheral surfaces of the rotating rolls and grinding the peripheral surfaces, supporting racks 3 supporting these grinding wheels 1, 2 and moving on the screw shafts 7 and the rotating means of the screw shafts 7, by providing the screw shaft 7 and the supporting racks 3 into plural pieces, one grinding wheel is mounted on each rack so that the grinding wheel is individually movable along the screw shaft. |
