PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutting device capable of obliquely cutting a noodle belt and not requiring a position-determining means in the axial direction of a roller. SOLUTION: This rotary cutting device for rolling and cutting a noodle belt is provided with the first rotation roller 2 having a shape formed by superimposing plural kinds of conical trapezoids having different diameters, respectively, on each other in the axial direction and with the second rotation roller 3 having a prescribed distance between the conical trapezoids of the first rotation roller 2 and the corresponding those of the second rotation roller 3 and having a shape formed by superimposing plural kinds of conical trapezoids having different diameters, respectively, on each other in the axial direction at least so that the projected edges of the conical trapezoids are brought into contact with the edges or side surface of the conical trapezoids adjacent to the faced conical trapezoids. Since the cutting blades of the conical trapezoids of the upper and lower rollers 2, 3 are engaged with each other in the cutting device 1, the positions of the upper and lower rollers 2, 3 are naturally fixed, and any other position-determining means is not required. |
