PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair tonic capable of synergistically manifesting further hair growing activities by using a component recognized as having activities for extending a hair growth period and a component recognized as having other activities in combination. SOLUTION: This hair tonic contains an ingredient having activities capable of shifting the hair in resting stage to the one in growing stage, and an ingredient having activities capable of maintaining and extending the growth period, especially having activities for multiplying follicular epithelium cells as an active ingredient. The hair tonic manifests very superior hair growing activities because each ingredient synergistically manifests the activities. |
