<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the behavior of a heart including the left ventricle function by scanning the heart and preserving the data by different scanning plane arrangement and combining ultrasonic data from a scanning plane so as to execute the capacity measuring of the ventricle of the heart so as to display heat diagnostic information. SOLUTION: Many frames obtained from different spatial positions in a stereoscopic area within a body are prescribed in a frame memory 30, a 3D image processor 32 operates an image frame and a mapping processor 40 maps the pixels of many spatially divided images of a blood flow in a body inside area such as the left ventricle at a voxel position within an area. Pixels are weighted in connection with the sampling density of the ventricle of the heart given to the pixel in an image, the weighted pixels are totaled or integrated by a device 44 and a value being the dimension of the capacity of the blood accumulation of the ventricle is prepared concerning the peak heat contracting period and the heart expanding end period concerning the blood accumulation to use for calculating the left ventricle sending quantity by a sending rate calculator 46.</p> |
