PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To scrape and drop raw refuse excellently to a throwing inlet by closing the bottom face of a cover with a lower face plate and, at the same time, forming a spatula projected part usable for scraping and dropping the raw refuse to the throwing inlet. SOLUTION: A lower face plate 26 is stuck to and fixed in the lower end of a hung cylindrical part 24 of a cover 15 by applying an adhesive to the fixation flange part 26c. At this time, the fitting piece 26d is fitted in a middle cut part 18a to fix the plate in the state of restricting rotation and the lower face plate 26 is stuck to and fixed in fitting state while a step part 26b being brought into contact with the inner circumferential face of the lower end of the hung cylindrical part 24. In the state that the lower face plate 26 is attached to and fixed in the bottom face of the cover 15, a pair of recessed guide parts 26a, 26a are arranged at positions conformed to the small cut parts 17, 17 of the cover 15 and a pair of spatula projected parts 26e, 26e are projected downward. Consequently, the bottom face of the cover 15 is closed with the lower face plate 26 and the lower face plate 26 is united with the cover 15. As a result, raw refuse can excellently be scraped and dropped to a throwing inlet. |
