PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for a cylindrical metal container without dispersion in the welded state. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device of the cylindrical container is provided with the lathe 35 supporting two cylindrical metals 341, 342 to come into contact, the motor 36 rotating two cylindrical metals 341, 342 around the axes, and welding equipment 31 making the welding current flow between cylindrical metals 341, 342 and a welding torch 32. In this case, the computer 38 detecting the increase or decrease of the welding voltage applied between the welding torch 32 and cylindrical metals 341, 342 and outputting control signals according to the increase or decrease, and the motor driver 37 controlling the rotational speed of two cylindrical metals 341, 342 based on control signals outputted from the computer 39 are provided.
