PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in adhesive strength and good in workability, curability and preservation-stability by mixing a filler in vacuum with a prepolymer obtained from a hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene-based polymer, a polyalkylene glycol and a polyisocyanate. SOLUTION: The subject composition is produced by mixing a filler (preferably, calcium carbonate, clay, talc) in vacuum with a prepolymer obtained by reacting (A) a hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene-based polymer with (B) a polyalkylene glycol and (C) a polyisocyanate compound (preferably, diphenylmethane diisocyanate compound). It is preferable to blend 70-500 pts.wt. of a filler to 100 pts.wt. of the above prepolymer. The filler is preferably mixed under agitation at 15-80 deg.C and 0-1.5×10 Pa.A pressure for 15 minutes - 3 hours. The reaction of the components A-C can be carried out at 20-120 deg.C for 0.5-50 hours.
