<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soil-stabilizing material capable of effectively utilizing organic sludges, cakes obtained from lime-washed water, aluminum-containing wastes and coal ash and capable of exhibiting both the functions of coal and cement soil stabilizers without generating dust during works, and to provide a method for producing the soil-stabilizing material. SOLUTION: This soil-stabilizing material is obtained by mixing organic sludges and cakes obtained from lime-washed water with at least one of aluminum-containing wastes and coal ash, granulating the mixture into 1-10 mm granules and subsequently calcining the granules at a temperature of 1,000-1,400 deg.C. The obtained soil-stabilizing material contains calcium oxide, calcium silicate, calcium aluminate, and calcium aluminosilicate.</p> |
