<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of a decomposable toxic gas such as vinyl chloride by a method wherein waste synthetic resins are sheared and crushed into a specified size, and inorganic fine particles are blended, and they are stirred and mixed at a melting point. SOLUTION: Waste synthetic resins are made into small pieces of a specified size by a shearing-crushing machine 1, and received by a lower hopper 2, and collected by a dust collector 3, and measured by a volume measuring tank 4, and forcibly fed to a mixer 5 by a hydraulic cylinder 6 for pressurization. To the mixer 5, high temperature inorganic particles which are selected by a chute spanned with a mesh at the discharging part of a heating-melting drum 7, are collected by a heat-resistant fan 9 and jetted into the mixer 5 in order to soften the waste synthetic resin small pieces, and reduce the volume. The feeding from the resin measuring tank 4 based on the capacity of the mixer 5, is performed a plurality of times while the volume is being reduced, and reaches a specified amount. Also, the inorganic fine particles are stored in a tank 10, and measured by a weight measuring instrument 11 which is provided at the lower end, and fed to the mixer 5 by a screw conveyor 12.</p> |
