PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject film capable of solving a problem of blocking of a tubular film and reducing slipperiness on the surface of a film, by embossing the tubular film from the outer side. SOLUTION: This film is obtained by forming a tubular film by using a polyethylene-based resin having 0.89-0.935 g,/mL and 0.5-10 g/10 minutes melt index. Then, a cut in the longer direction is made at one part of the tubular film, the tubular film is made flat and is at least partially embossed. Successively, the film is folded in the longer direction approximately in parallel and is rotated by taking advantage of the cut to expose the inner side of the tubular film. A tacky tape is applied to the end part of the exposed inside in the longer direction so as to partially superimpose the tacky layer to the film, which is wound in a rolled state to give the objective film. |
