PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bending of a lead due to foreign resin by roughing a mold surface for forming a pot and cull. SOLUTION: Colliding surfaces of molds 1, 4 for forming a pot 2 and a cull 5 are roughed to form roughed surfaces R. They are roughed so that uneven surfaces of, for example, about 1 to 5μm are formed by a sandblasting method after colliding accuracy of previously mirror finished upper and lower molds 1, 4 is confirmed. When the molds are clamped and liquefied resin is fed from the cull 5 to a runner 7, it is introduced from an infinitesimal interval between the colliding surfaces of the molds formed with the roughed surfaces R into an uneven part of the roughed surface R, and proceeded to be cured in a short time. When this resin is cured, its adhesive properties are further enhanced. Therefore, even at the time of cleaning the mold by a mold cleaner 11, it endures against sliding by a rotary brush 12. Thus, even if the mold is vibrated or impacted in the case of supplying next lead frame, bending of the lead can be prevented. |
