PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the compatibility to secure the installing rigidity in a normal condition, and to facilitate the release of the connecting condition of members each other when an external force more than a specific value is operated to a specific position of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A collar 7 is locked to the small width opening of a slide bracket 44 which is fixed to the rear end side of a pedal bracket. To the flange 74B of the collar 74, an engaging part 78 by the calking is formed, and thereby, the collar 74 is engaged to the slide bracket 44. By inserting a fixing bolt 80 in the collar 74, and screwing it to the weld nut 82 of a slide plate 48, the rear end side of the pedal bracket is connected separably to a car body side. Consequently, since the separating load can be set without receiving the influence of the fastening torque, the compatibility of securing the installing rigidity, and the facilitating load of releasing can be realized. |
