PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of mud and water to a contact and prevent wrong recognition of switch on and off by enclosing a switch in a switch case provided at a brake pedal so as to form complete waterproofed, mud-proofed structure, and not exposing wiring from the switch to a meter panel to the outside. SOLUTION: A switch case is provided between a pedal arm 12b and a pedal plate, and a switch 25 is fixed to a switch plate, fixed to the upper face of the switch case, by a machine screw 26. One end of the switch 25 detects the rotating angle of a connecting fitting through a spring energized toward a cam face 30a, and the other end transmits detected information to a monitor lamp of an operating part through a lead wire 35 passing in an upper hole of the switch case and a hollow pipe of a brake pedal 12a. Since the switch 25 is in a water-proofed and mud-proofed switch case, water and mud do not adhere to a contact, and wiring from a right brake pedal 12a is not exposed. |
