PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air/fuel ratio controller capable of adequately controlling an air/fuel ratio regardless of load condition. SOLUTION: A main jet 15 and a slow jet 16 are installed on an air intake pipe 3 and also a by-pass passage 19 is provided for regulating the air/fuel ratio of fuel by supplying only air downstream from a venturi part 7. The by-pass passage 19 is composed of a main by-pass circuit 23 in which a solenoid valve 31 is arranged, a first by-pass circuit 25 branching from the main by-pass circuit 23 and a second by-pass circuit 27. An outlet 25b of the first by-pass circuit 25 is provided between the venturi part 7 and a throttle valve 29 and an outlet 27b of the second by-pass passage 27 is located downstream from the throttle valve 29.
