PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely confirm caulking examination. SOLUTION: An examining means is provided for performing a tension test to caulking by pulling a surgical needle N after being fixed with a caulking means. This examining means is composed of a holding means 162 to move with the surgical needle N inbetween and a sensor 171 for detecting a suture S. When the suture S is pulled out, this suture S is detected by a detecting part 172. When the caulking strength is less than a prescribed level, on the other hand, the surface S is dropped out of the surgical needle N and the sensor 171 does not detect any suture S. |
