PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent exfoliation at a film layer from generating by cutting out parts of a film sandwiched with a carcass layer and a finishing layer, and providing parts at which the two layers are directly joined together. SOLUTION: Cutouts 16 are provided on a film part sandwiched with a carcass layer and a finishing layer, and hence parts at which the two layers are directly joined together are provided. The cutouts 16 are formed by pricking, and when mean cutout rate per unit area against the area where the finishing layer and the film layer are piled up is at least over 5%, exfoliation can be restrained, but it is more favorable to be over 30%. When the cutout rate is over 80%, it can be formed but stiffness of the film is reduced, the guide mechanism of a forming machine can not be normally worked, centering becomes difficult, and hence the mean cutout rate per unit area of the film is desirable to be under 80%. |
