PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of a high glass part having glass higher than that of other part in the vicinity of the boundary of the rib part on the surface of a molded product when draw forming is applied to the surface of the molded product to perform matting. SOLUTION: In this mold structure, a plurality of recessed parts 12 are formed to one opposed inner surface demarcating a cavity as draw forming parts and a resin layer 13 is formed on them. By this constitution, grinding becomes easy and a state of draw forming parts becoming a high grinding degree are reflected to the outside through the resin layer 13 and the resin layer 13 is also made more easy to grind on the basis of the shape of the reflected draw molding parts (recessed parts 12) to still more enhance the close adhesiveness of an injected resin.
