PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a ball woody molding formed with a wood pattern by incorporating mica in surface particles, adding foaming agent and injection molding it. SOLUTION: Comminuted powder obtained by commenting cellulose material is ground, and hard surface particles having a smaller diameter than that of the powder are fixed to outer peripheries of the particles to form fixed particles. Here, as the cellulose material, saw chips of natural timber are used, and as the surface particles, mica and titanium oxide are used. Then, resin and pigment are mixed with the fixed particles to form a woody forming seed material. It is mixed with resin added with forming agent to form a molding material, and injection molded. As the resin, polypropylene resin is used, and as the pigment, carbon black is used. The molding material is formed by mixing base material and woody forming seed material, for example by each one type. At this time, when fluidity at the time of melting the seed material is lowered from that of the base material, it becomes similar to a natural woodgrain pattern. Eventually, it is coated with paint. |
