PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality ink jet recording sheet for oily ink, causing no offset of an image to the ink jet recording sheet in the case where ink jet recording sheets on which an image is printed with oily ink are stacked on one another to be stored. SOLUTION: A back coat layer comprising an oil-soluble dye non-dyeing resin is provided one rear face of an ink receiving layer holding a support. In this case, the oil-soluble dye non-dyeing resin is a hydrophilic thermoplastic resin and, further, it is polyvinyl alcohol or its modified material. More preferably, it contains a volatile compound. Furthermore, the ink receiving layer is the one comprising a pigment and a hydrophobic thermoplastic resin having a specified density. |
