PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition, having high safety and a smooth surface without generating malodor and ammonia odor and without causing tackiness and capable of providing a foam having fine and uniform cells by including an azobis(methylpropanamidoxime), etc., and a carboxyl group- containing compound therein. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) 2,2'-azobis(2- methylpropanamidoxime) and/or 2,2'-azobis(2-methylbutanamidoxime) and (B) a compound having carboxyl group [e.g. lauric acid, oxalic acid, terephthalic acid, glycolic acids represented by the formula HO-(CH2 )n -COOH [(n) is 1-10] or a polyacrylic acid/methacrylic acid copolymer] and, as necessary, including a foaming auxiliary such as zinc oxide or magnesium stearate and a compounding agent such as a plasticizer therein. |
