PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a film having sealability, easy peelability and excellent transparency of a sealed part by using polyolefin resin for a sealing layer, disposing a blend layer for cohesive failure at the time of releasing at an adjacent layer, and combining thicknesses of the respective layers as specific values. SOLUTION: As a sealing layer, polyolefin or polyethylene resin such as straight chain low-density polyethylene is used. As a layer adjacent to the sealing layer, a blend layer made of two or more types of resins for cohesive failure at the time of releasing is used. As one main agent of the resin used for the sealing layer, a blend of polypropylene or polybutene-1 blended with other component is desired. And, a thickness of the sealing layer is set to 1 to 10μm, and a thickness of the adjacent layer is 1 to 15μm. Thus, these layers are disposed to an easily tearable extrusion composite film.
