PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary table which can be easily mounted on the arm rest of a chair in such a manner as to be attachable and removable, stably supported in use, and housed in the non-obstructive state when the use of the table is not required. SOLUTION: A table top plate 10 has a collapsible leg 20 on one side edge part 10a and a mounting means 30 on the arm rest H of a chair C on the other side edge part 10b. A bar Ha constituting the arm rest H of the chair C is fitted between a pair of elastic pieces 31, 31 of the mounting means 30 in such a manner as to be capable of being pulled out to keep the upper surface 10c of the table top plate 10 substantially horizontally by the arm rest H and the leg 20. In the state where the leg 20 is collapsed, the table top plate 10 is made rotatable in the direction of approaching the lower surface 10b of the table top plate 10 to the side part Cs of the chair C around the bar Ha constituting the arm rest H fitted between the elastic pieces 31, 31 of the mounting means 30.
