PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the cracking or dropping of a core material when face plates are heated and improve the fire resistance of a panel by inserting a metal net with the mesh of a prescribed size into a nonflammable resin foaming body filled between the metal plates. SOLUTION: A nonflammable resin foaming body 1 such as resol resin phenol foam is pinched between metal face plates 2, 3 made of a zinc-plated steel sheet to form a heat-resistant panel. A corrugated metal net 4 with the mesh pitch of 3 mm×3 mm-30 mm×30 mm is inserted into the nonflammable resin foaming body 1 for reinforcement to form a fire-resistant core material. When the face plates 2, 3 are heated and the foaming body 1 is carbonized and cracked, its dropping is prevented, and the cracking of the core material itself is suppressed. The fire-resistant time of the panel is extended, and the fire resistance can be improved.
