PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the self-diagnosis of fault at a reception part or the like without externally requiring any special device. SOLUTION: The reception part 8 is provided with a test signal generator 11 and a test signal is inputted to a signal line connected to a vibrator 7 so that a diagnostic image can be provided for performing self-diagnosis at an image processing part 12. A self-diagnosing part 1 discriminates the position and type of fault from the luminance information of diagnostic image, converts that fault information into a character or a diagram and adds it to the diagnostic image on a display part 13. When there are plural vibrators, self-diagnosis is performed for every signal line.
