PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cellophane, capable of manifesting excellent slipperiness without deteriorating the quality such as deterioration in transparency and useful as a laminate, a cellophane tacky tape, etc., by adding specific solid particles into a viscose. SOLUTION: This cellophane comprises (A) silicone-based organic polymer particles having >=100 deg.C glass transition point and 1-10μm average particle diameter in an amount, e.g. corresponding to 0.01-0.1 wt.%. The cellophane is produced by mixing an aqueous solution of a dispersion assistant prepared by dissolving the dispersion assistant in, e.g. desalted water and a dispersion medium (e.g. glycerol) good in compatibility with a viscose, providing a mixed dispersion medium, mixing the resultant dispersion medium and dispersing the resultant mixture in a homomixer, affording a dispersion of the component A, then uniformly mixing the dispersion in the viscose and subsequently forming a film.
