FITTING BACKING OF HOLLOW MEMBER AND FORMING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a fitting backing for fitting parts (support metal tools for handrails or the like) without peeling the front face board, at the hollow part of a hollow member such as partition walls. SOLUTION: A hollow part 7 is formed between the rear face 3 of the front face board 1 of a partition wall 8 and the front face board 4. A through hole 10 is formed at the fitting part of parts of the front face board 1. A lump 12a of urethane foam resin impregnated with water is pressed and contracted to insert (b) it in the hollow part 7 from the through hole 10 and extedada to charge (c) in the hollow part 7. Fixing notes 15 for screws are made on the front face board 1. A nozzle 16 is inserted in the urethane foam lump 12 from the fixing holes 15 and a hydraulic setting resin (liquid substrate agent) is injected to react with water in the urethane foam lump 12 and cured therein and form (e) a columnar rigid resin 18. Support metal tools 19 for a handrail 21 are fixed (f) to the fitting part of parts of the front face board 1 with screws 20. The through hole 10 and the fixing holes 15 are covered with the support metal tools 19.
