摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a step in which a plastic raw liquid is injected into a mold for molding in a manufacturing process for plastic lens. SOLUTION: When a raw liquid is injected into a mold 5 for molding in which a glass mold 1 on the side of an eyeball and a glass mold 2 on the side of an object are interconnected by an adhesive tape 3, the injection rate of the liquid is changed over during the injection to shorten the injection time and to prevent a leak of the liquid. Further an end width 8 corresponding to an edge thickness of plastic lens is measured and an injection pattern of the raw liquid is selected corresponding to the measured value so that the liquid can be injected at a flow rate and time suitable for the capacity of a cavity 4. Thus an injection step of the liquid can be automated so that the liquid can be injected within a predetermined time, and further troubles due to a leak of liquid can be prevented, and hence a series of operations such as tape mold, injection, etc., can be automated and productivity can be improved.
