PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent avbornal vibrations/noises at the time of dehydration. SOLUTION: When the detected quantity of eccentricity exceeds a prescribed value and an eccentric position is located near a position facing at 180 deg. a balancer provided at one part on the inner peripheral wall surface of drum, weight is increased by pouring water into this balancer, and the balance of drum is controlled. When pouring water, first of all, water just corresponding to the wight of eccentric quantity A1×(4/9) is poured into the balancer (S62), afterwards, the eccentric quantity is detected again and when this eccentric quantity is less than A1×(1/3), water pouring is completed (S63). When this eccentric quantity exceed A1×(1/3), water just corresponding to the weight of A1×(1/9) is additionally poured into the balancer (S64). Thus, although a little eccentric quantity is left before dehydrating operation, with the weight decrease of laundry due to dehydration, the eccentric quantity gets closer to zero.
