<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent arithmetic value by integral operation from becoming excessive optimize actuator operation, and improve responsiveness of valve timing control. SOLUTION: A control unit 28 controls eccentric mechanism 7 through a control valve device 16 or the like. The control unit 28 consists of a deviation arithmetic circuit 29, a proportional arithmetic circuit 30, an integral arithmetic circuit 31, and a compensating arithmetic circuit 32, and performs feedback control so that deviation between target value which is set by a target value setting circuit 39 and detected value which is output from an actuating amount arithmetic circuit 40 is decreased. In addition, the control unit 28 includes a detection-time judging circuit 34, and the integral arithmetic circuit 31 performs integral arithmetic synchronously with the time when detected value is updated based on the judgment result by the detection-time judging circuit 34.</p> |
