The invention concerns a method for the selective metallising of intrinsic plastic materials comprising at least three steps which consist in: (i) producing from said intrinsic plastic materials, by laser activation, carbon sites or centres of the surface to be metallised; (ii) liquid-solid contacting of said intrinsic plastic materials with a chemical solution adapted to the activation conditions of the surface to be metallised; and (iii) depositing on these sites or centres metal ions from said solution.
