PURPOSE:To enable ink or paper powder remaining on protrusion tips of a conveyer belt to be surely eliminated, so as to improve printing quality by providing a cleaner roller reciprocating means for reciprocating cleaner rollers in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the conveyer belt. CONSTITUTION:First and second cleaner rollers 11, 12 capable of being freely rotated in the state where their rotational surfaces slightly bite protrusions 16, 17 of first and second conveyer belts 4, 5 are provided, and elliptical cam grooves 26 inclined to the vertical section are formed on fixed shafts 22 of respective cleaner rollers 11, 12. Pins 27 fixed on roller bushes 25 are engaged with respective cam grooves 26. Thereby respective cleaner rollers 11, 12 are reciprocated in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of recording paper sheets according to the circulation of the conveyer belts 4, 5, and many protrusions 16, 17 on respective conveyer belts 4, 5 are evenly brought in contact with the rotational surfaces of the cleaner rollers 11, 12, thereby ink or paper powder stuck on many protrusions 16, 17 on respective conveyer belts 4, 5 are removed. |
