The invention consists of a machine to continuously re-shape an undulated material, comprising: undulated material supporting bars (7), re-shaping bars (2) fixed to an endless chain (11) impelled in rotation, and which are movable in translation with respect to chain (11); counter-shape or counter-mold bars (6) fixed to another endless chain (16), also impelled in rotation, which are movable in translation with respect to chain (16); counter-shape bars profile becoming complementary to that of re-shaping bars, and re-shaping bars (2) and counter-shape bars (6) are placed at both supporting bars (7) plane sides, such that a bars part remains in opposite position, and re-shaping and counter-shape bars translation movements in opposite position are basically performed in perpendicular direction to supporting bars plane.
