The present invention has its application field on asphaltic pavements maintenance and conservation jobs, especially in relation with solving cracking, aggregated loosening or porosity and it is used as preventive to cover cracks, re-bind aggregated which is being loosened or to reduce porosity. It has the advantage of penetrating deep inside crack, reducing inclemency over reparation asphalt, keeping its flexible and elastic quality for a long time, to prevent cracking. It is characterized in that it comprises a styrene monomers mixture and butadiene as emulsifier and surfactant.
