PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forced feeder for miso excellent in durability, not requiring a spring for valve return. SOLUTION: A funnel-shaped piston valve 3 and a shovel rod 7 are successively attached to the tip of a piston rod 2 reciprocating in a cylinder 1. A piston 4 sliding on the shaft part of the piston valve 3 is freely engaged in the cylinder 1. A nylon ring excellent in wear solution is adopted as a material for a packing 9 arranged between the outer peripheral face of the piston 4 and the cylinder 1. A foot valve 6 is slidably fixed to the shovel rod 7 passing through a foot valve presser 5. The foot valve 6 is brought into contact with a seat 8 protrusively fixed to the cylinder 1. This forced feed is free of maintenance and deterioration of miso quality can be prevented by reduction in number of parts and adoption of the packing 9 excellent in wear resistance. |
