PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress voice interruption and production of noise by using only a control variable with a designated ratio among required control variables for a correction variable of an operation timing of a voice CODEC. SOLUTION: A MODEM section 3 applies synchronization processing to received data to generate synchronization detection information and adds it to synchronization timing control information denoting a correction amount of a synchronization timing calculated simultaneously and provides an output of the sum. When the number of consecutive times of the synchronization detection information exceeds a 1st threshold level, a channel CODEC section 4 designates a 1st ratio at which a required control variable is used for a correction variable of an operation timing of a voice CODEC 5 as it is, when the number of consecutive times of the synchronization detection information exceeds a 2nd threshold level, the channel CODEC section 4 designates a 2nd ratio, in other cases, the designation of the 1st or 2nd ratio is maintained as it is, only a control variable by a designated ratio in the required control variable at the operation timing control of the voice CODEC 5 is used for a correction amount of the operation timing of the voice CODEC 5 and the correction amount only is reduced from the required control variables. |
