Disclosed are five-membered heterocycles of general formula (I) in which X1-X5 have the meanings indicated in claim 1, the tautomers and stereoisomers thereof including mixtures thereof, and the salts thereof especially those salts with physiologically acceptable acids and bases with valuable pharmacological properties, preferably aggregation-inhibiting properties. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical agents containing these compounds and the use of the compounds as well as methods of producing them.
