The invention relates to a loudspeaker system structure. In the conventional loudspeaker system, only the speaker sound outlets are formed in the front housing, so that the lenght and the width of said speaker sound outlets can be adjusted to the desired extent in order to output the desired bass register sound. However, it poses a problem that the lenght and the width can not be ajusted, resulting no sound output to the outside. To solve this problem, the invention provides that the separate ducts are engaged with the back of the front housing to which the loudspeaker is fixed and that duct sound outlets to which the loudspeaker is fixed and that duct sound outlets are provided in the front housing portions to which ducts are connected to output the sound from the ducts, thereby making it possible to freely adjust the lenght and the cross sectional area in said duct portions so that the sound is resonated at special frequency and the desired bass register sound is output to the outside. The invention is applied to the acoustic device.
