An ultrasonic mask cleaning apparatus is provided, which includes: a cleaning bath containing a cleaning solution therein; a transfer hanger for putting a mask to be cleaned in the cleaning bath while supporting the mask; and a horn form ultrasonic oscillator installed in the cleaning bath, having an oscillating source for generating oscillation, a booster for amplifying the oscillation and a horn for generating an ultrasonic wave by receiving the oscillation from the booster, wherein a surface of the mask is cleaned through the line scanning of the end of the horn. The ultrasonic mask cleaning apparatus is used for cleaning a mask in the cathode ray tube manufacturing process.
