<p>The present invention refers to cephalosporin derivatives of general formula (see formula) (I) wherein X is CH or N; Rü is hydrogen or cyclopentyl; R2 is a group of formula (see formulas), Rn is hydrogen, an alkali metal ion or a tertiary ammonium group; R4 is hydrogen, an aminic protective group, pyrrolidin-2-ilmethyl, azetidin-3-ilmethyl, iminomethyl, 1-carbadiimidoyl; R5 is hydrogen, dialkylcarbamoyl, w-hydroxyalkyl, w-aminoalkyl, pyridinio-1-ilmethyl, 1-hydroxy-3-aminomethyl-propyl or (hydroxy)-(pyrrolidin-2-yl)-methyl; R6 is hydrogen, trifluoromethyl or hydroxyl; and R7 is alkyl, w-hydroxy-alkyl, cycloalkyl, 3-pyrrolidinyl, 3-azetidinyl, iminomethyl, or 1-carbaimidoyl; as well as their easily hydrolyzable esters, such compounds pharmaceutically acceptable salts and hydrates of compounds of formula I and their esters and salts; invention also refers to preparation of compounds of formula I; to their employment as pharmaceutically active substances, particularly for infectious diseases treatment and prophylaxis, and to pharmaceutical preparations containing compound of formula I for infectious diseases treatment and prophylaxis.</p> |
