The invention relates to manual diving and swimming appliances with the characteristics of limitless forms, dimensions and materials that may be produced industrially. The invention has as physical principle the effect of the limbs of cetaceans. Amongst other uses, the invention applies to assistance for shipwrecks and drowning on the part of swimmers/rescuers, and nautical sports.
