摘要 The invention refers to a method for continuous and direct monitoring in real time of the degree of combustion in industrial and energy-producing boilers that use fossil fuels. According to the invention, the method correlates some procedures and techniques from the field of thermodynamics for the combustion process. Real time analysis and interpretation of the roast gas components and the burning data consists of the following stages: analysis of the roast gases in the boiler, in order to determine the oxygen O2 and carbon monoxide CO content by means of some oxygen (1) and carbon monoxide (2) analysers; measuring the amount of the fuel entering the boiler, by means of a flowmeter (3); measuring the discharge temperature of the roast gases, by means of a measuring loop that has a thermally sensitive resistance element (4); logging these signals and their analogue numeric conversion using some data acquisition equipment (5); transmitting this data in real time, via serial communication (RS232C/RS485 type) to a micro-computer (6); making process calculations and viewing, by means of graphical-mathematical methods, the operating point and the specific parameters of the burning process.
