Products for civil construction using composite materials containing residues of leather and/or textiles and the corresponding production process, characterised in that they incorporate said residues in addition to materials traditionally used. This method can be used to manufacture tiles, blocks, wall panels for exterior and interior, ceramic materials, concrete, reinforced concrete and cement, floors and slabs. The manufacturing process is characterised in that the residues in strips, pieces, or crushed form, are incorporated manually or mechanically, drum, with civil construction materials in percentages from 0.5 percent to 25 percent, depending on the products. The components of these composites are thus the residues of leather or textiles and clay or cement or stucco or other materials already used in the civil construction industry. The objective of the invention is to give an environmentally and technically adequate use to these residues, especially those coming from the footwear and related industries, by producing materials which incorporate them.
