PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for adjusting the eccentric timing for a crankshaft and the position of an eccentric cam by providing a rod to be inserted in an inner space of the crankshaft in the axial direction, and sealing a first part of the inner space in the axial direction. SOLUTION: The pressurized fluid enables the relative rotation between an eccentric cam 30 and a crankshaft 10 by separating a shrink lit 40 between an eccentric cam 30 and the crankshaft 10. The relative rotation changes the timing of the eccentric cam 30 of the crankshaft 10. A tool 30 includes a rod member 52 to be inserted in an inner space 20 in the axial direction. The rod member 52 includes a distal end part 53 and a proximal end part. The inner space 20 in the axial direction is divided into a first part 32 and a second part 34. An inside diameter part 22 in the single radial direction is communicated with the second part 34. The rod member 52 is arranged in the second part 34 of the inside diameter 20 part, and the distal end part 53 of the rod 52 seals the first part 32 from the second part 34 by sealing the inner space 20 in the axial direction.
