PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to specify music by providing a code converting device which generates playing specification information matching the karaoke device by using a sent code data and outputs the playing specification information to the karaoke device. SOLUTION: The playing specifying device 10 has the function of a music reserving device that specifies, i.e., reserves desired music to an automatic playing karaoke device 14 by using a card 12 where karaoke code, i.e., code data relating to the music is recorded, the function of a music input device that which directly specifies desired music, and the function of a playing control unit that controls the playing style of the karaoke device 14. In this case, a remote control unit 16 reads the karaoke code, i.e., code data recorded on the card 12 and sends the read code data. The code converting device 18 converts the sent code data into playing specification information matching the karaoke device 14 and outputs the converted playing specification information to the karaoke device 14. |
