PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flame retardance, heat resistance, emboss imprintability, etc., of a plastic card. SOLUTION: This plastic card comprises a core layer and an over layer. The core layer is a layer of an acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer containing at least 5-20wt.% particulate filler and a flame retardant and the over layer is a layer of a substantially transparent polyvinyl chloride-based or a polychlorinated vinyl chloride-based layer.
